The land was covenanted to Israel to serve Almighty in the land.
Since the covenant of the land is conditional, what are the effects of not keeping the covenant?

Those who do not follow the laws of Torah, which control The Land of Israel (TLOI), are according to Torah, vomited from the land.
If you look back at the history of TLOI you will see many people vomited out. When the Hebrews and I say the Hebrews collectively, even though it was mainly the disgruntled Judah tribe, digressed in their ruling of TLOI, they too were vomited form the land.
Judaism doesn't follow Torah and that was fine outside of Israel, but now that Judaism is in TLOI, it had better start following Torah or it, according to God and Torah, will be vomited from the land.

And as the Palestinian-Arbs reside inside the covenanted land as well, even as sojourners (they live there), they too, should be mindful of the law of the land and be familiar with its laws so they can obey them.

Most Muslims I have encountered say that Torah is altered by Judaism so have no trust in its authenticity. Everyone, no matter when in the past, present or future, should obey Torah.
